Reflective writings are essential as it encourages the researchers to look back at their experience and sum up in proper written format.

Through such initiatives of colleges and universities, the study will be promoted, producing researchers and critics. On the part of students, they must write the reflection report at the end of their courses or the semesters to improve their skills and promote reflective writing.
