Refund Policy
At Concept Writers, we ensure 100% client satisfaction, and our team is dedicated to exceeding their expectations. We place immense importance on our clients and strive to achieve their satisfaction to the best of our ability. We develop our customers’ academic tasks according to their requirements, but if clients are not fully satisfied, they may request a refund. Concept Writers offer refunds based on the policies outlined below:
1:Delay in Orders
- If we fail to deliver the customer’s order on time or are unable to complete it by the given deadline, and the client is unable to use the paper, we offer a full refund.
- If we deliver the order late but the client can manage the deadlines and obtain extra submission time, we do not provide a full cash refund. Instead, the refund amount will be based on the time difference, as the file is being used by the client.
2: Low-Quality Paper
- If a client claims that the paper is plagiarized, we will first revise it. However, if the deadline has passed, we will refund upon proof.
- If the quality of the delivered document does not meet the requirements specified by the client, we will offer a refund accordingly.
- If the client remains unsatisfied after the document revision, we will communicate the refund percentage as appropriate.
- If the client approved the draft of the order and is using the particular paper, a refund is not applicable.
3: Non-Delivery
- If customers do not receive their order by the given deadline and do not hear from us within 2 days, they may request a cash refund.
4: Wrong Charges
- If we charge the client double or extra for any reason, they can request a cash refund.
- We also encourage clients to contact their bank or credit card company, as payments may sometimes be deducted twice due to an error.
5:The Procedure of Handling Order Mishaps
- If any mishap occurs with the client’s order, they should immediately contact the company directly rather than a third party, such as banks, credit card companies, or law enforcement departments.
- If you contact a third party without notifying the company, it will be considered a breach of contract, and we will handle the case accordingly.
